There are several reasons I’ll be living in sportswear this month. One, as I wait patiently for my spring wardrobe to kick in there’s nothing better than a sweatshirt and leggings for staying cosy and comfortable. Two, this is statistically the time when those exercise ambitions that we set at the start of the year begin to falter. Things will have picked up at work, our social calendars have begun to fill and life just has a habit of getting in the way. However, I have one clever hack for keeping my fitness mindset activated: stylish activewear.
Just like you can hardly wait to wear a new dress when you order it online, the same can be said for shopping for stylish new sportswear. I have a lazy streak, but I can always rely on fashion to inspire a workout. After all, if you start the day wearing a chic new yoga outfit, it seems a waste not to at least commit to a few chaturangas in the studio when the working day is done. Spring is a key time for updating our look and the same applies for your activewear. And when it comes to shopping for stylish new sportswear, we happen to shop for it in the same way we would the rest of our wardrobe – by turning to trusted brands we know will deliver on all fronts. Case in point, M&S, who has just launched The Sports Edit on its website, ready to keep your stamina and style at their best.
